Returns & Refunds Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under this policy, returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We may request photos or further details to assess the issue.

Once the fault is confirmed, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not accept returns for: • Change of mind • Wrong size or style chosen • Unwanted items
